# DateToJulian (DateTimeWithOffset dateTime, Integer length)

**Example**

In this example, we will pass a date time offset value and an integer value to the function transformation object using a *Variables* object.

Where,

*dateTime* = 05/06/2014 12:00:00 AM +05:00

*length* = 5
