Syntax	ToTicks (Date dateTime)
Purpose	To return an integer representing ticks for the specified date time value.
Description	Gets the number of ticks in the specified date time value.
Return Type	Int64
Parameter	dateTime [Syste.DateTime] – Date for which local ticks will be returned

Example

In this example, we will pass a valid date time value to the function transformation object using a Variables object.

Where,

dateTime ­= 09/10/2020 10:10:25 AM

In the output window, you can see that the provided date time value has been converted into a Ticks value.
