Quarter (DateTime)

Name	Quarter
Syntax	Quarter (Date dateTime)
Purpose	To return the calendar quarter of a provided date time value.
Description	Returns calendar quarter for the specified date time value.
Return Type	Int32
Parameter	dateTime [System.DateTime] – Date for which the quarter will be returned

Example

In this example, we will pass a date time value to the function transformation object using a Variables object.

Where,

dateTime = 08/15/2020

In the output window, you can see that the calendar quarter of the provided date time value has been returned.
