Day (Date dateTime)

Syntax	Day (Date dateTime)
Purpose	To return the day of the month from the specified datetime value.
Description	Gets the day part of the date time value.
Return Type	Int64
Parameter	dateTime [System.DateTime] – Date for which the day will be returned

Example

In this example, we will pass a date time value to the function transformation object using a Variables object.

Where,

dateTime = 10/30/2015

In the output window, you can see that the day part of the provided date time value has been returned.
