Installing Client and Server Applications

In this section we will discuss how to install and configure Astera Server and Client applications.

How to install Astera Server

1. Run ‘IntegrationServer.exe’ from the installation package to start the server installation setup.

2. Astera Software License Agreement window will appear. To continue, check I agree to the license terms and conditions checkbox, then click Install.

Note: You can select Options to change the default installation directory and server port.

1. The server installation will now begin.

1. Your server installation has been successfully completed, click Close to complete.

How to install Astera Client

1. Run the ‘CenterpriseDataIntegrator’ application from the installation package to start the client installation setup.

2. Astera Software License Agreement window will appear. To continue, check I agree to the license terms and conditions checkbox, then click Install.

Note: You can select Options to change the default installation directory.

1. The client installation will now begin.

1. Your client installation has been successfully completed, click Close to complete.
